How long does it take to guarantee a tenant?

Typically, our guarantee processing time is around 3 – 5 working days. However, we can process in as little as one working day, providing we receive all the required documents and payments from the applicant. The entire process is completed online, so we aim to provide a response as quick as we can.

However, the speed of processing also depends on: 

• Completion of the full online application. 
• Making the appropriate payments. 
• When the contract is signed. 
• Approval and required documents from the landlord or accommodation provider. 

If it is an urgent case, we will do our best to expedite the process, but ultimately, it depends on how quickly the applicant completes their part and the landlord or accommodation provider responds.
