Will I be eligible as a student?
The easiest way to find out if you are eligible is to make an application.
It is completely free to do so and you will get a quote of our fee based on your renting details.
We accept 99% of students and working professionals that can prove that they earn 1.5x the monthly rent.
If you are a student, you will be asked to provide the following documents when applying:
- A Photo I.D. – A passport, drivers license, or any other form of identification
- A Proof of Study – A correspondence from University, UCAS form or a Student I.D.
- Co-signer’s details and documents - There are some cases we do not ask for these, but in the majority of cases we need you to invite a co-signer to verify their own ID documents and sign on behalf of you.
