We accept 98% of students and working professionals who can prove they are a full-time student or earn at least 1.5 times the monthly rent. (Based on what you take home after tax.) 

Required documents for students:  

• Photo ID – A passport, driver’s license, or another valid form of identification  
• Proof of study, including dates – A university correspondence, UCAS form, or student ID  
• Co-signer’s details and documents – In most cases, you will need to invite a co-signer to verify their identity and sign on your behalf. However, some applicants may not be required to provide a co-signer.
