Why was my co-signer not accepted?
Your co-signer may have been rejected by us here at Housing Hand OR they may have rejected your invitation to stand as your co-signer.
There are a number of reasons that your chosen co-signer may not be accepted by Housing Hand. Here are a few of them:
- They may be under 18
- They may be using us as a guarantor themselves.
- They may be unemployed.
- They may be receiving Housing State Benefits.
- They may be a student.
- They may share the same address as that of the Tenant applying.
- They may not accept our terms and conditions
- They may fail our identity checks numerous times and are unable to provide us with suitable documentation.
