Why do you need my accommodation details?

One of the main parts of the application is to share details of the property you wish to rent. We need these details in order to check in with your accommodation provider, draw up a contract and also to work out the fee for the service, and when it starts.
   
If you do not have an accommodation provider or a house, you cannot apply for us to stand as your Guarantor. We can only process applications for those with these details to hand. Why not try our House Finder Service
