You may be struggling to submit details and therefore progress with your application because of THIRD PARTY COOKIES.
If you have them disabled in your internet browser, you will not be able to submit details to us as our system will not be able to recognise you, even though you are logged in.
This is a simple fix. You need to enable your third party cookies. But don't worry, we do not use cookies to share your information with anybody other than your accommodation provider. We use them to recognise you and update your live application.
In order to resolve your issue could you please follow the steps below in this order.
- Logout from your HH account
- Enable 3rd party cookies in your browser (This is what is stopping you from submitting the forms as the system doesn't know who you are without cookies)
- Delete your cache in your browser settings
- Refresh the tab you are working in (or close the browser window and open it again)
- Login to HH again.

How to turn on cookies on Safari on a Mac:
- Open your Safari browser menu and select Preferences.
- On the Privacy tab, deselect Block all cookies beside Cookies and website data.
- If you enable Prevent cross-site tracking, it will block third-party cookies from tracking you.
How to enable cookies in Safari on iPhone or iPad:
- Go to your Settings app and scroll down to Safari.
- Make sure Block All Cookies is deselected.
- You may want to leave the option for Prevent Cross-Site Tracking turned on to block third-party cookies.
How to enable cookies in chrome:
- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More. Settings.
- Under "Privacy and security," click Site settings.
- Click Third-party cookies.
- Select the option: Allow third-party cookies.
