Who cannot be a co-signer?

 

- A person not in receipt of an income

- A person whose income is 50% dependant upon UK housing benefits

- A student

- Someone who shares the same address as the tenant we guarantee

 

Co-signers may be a resident in either the UK or a non UK country and are acceptable subject to the above and relevant identification checks.
