Who can use Only My Share?

You can apply if you are a tenant or guarantor, and the cover can be purchased at any time, including after your tenancy start date, however if your inception date is after your tenancy start date there will be an automatic 90 day exclusion period for any claim to protect against tenants purchasing a guarantee when they know a housemate is going to default.
