What is your refund policy?

As per our refund policy, we can review refunding any service fees paid. The £10 onboarding fee, however, is non-refundable.

If you have fully completed your guarantor application process, we require evidence directly from the accommodation provider. The evidence to confirm you are no longer moving into / already living in the property and neither you nor Housing Hand are liable for the relevant property. Any evidence is to be sent directly to refunds@housinghand.co.uk

If you or your co-signer decide to cancel we reserve the right to charge an administration fee.

If your accommodation provider did not allow you to move in or rejected your tenancy application then we will not charge an administration fee.

If Housing Hand decides not to continue with your application process then we will not charge an administration fee

Our refund policy states that we will pay any refund due within 28 days of receiving a request / or relevant evidence. This request will be through your online dashboard on your account on our website.
