What is needed from a co-signer?

Your co-signer will need to go through our ID Verification process before we can accept them.

When you invite them to stand as your co-signer through your application, they will receive an email and an SMS with a link in it. This link will take them through a short onboarding journey where we verify their identity, collect their documents (Proof of ID and proof of Address) and ask them to accept our terms and conditions. If all 3 of these requirements are completed and accepted, your application can progress. The co-signer section of your dashboard will update to complete and we will let you know.
