What happens if I miss a rent payment?

If we are standing as your UK Guarantor, and you cannot pay your rent this month, your accommodation provider will invoice us here at Housing Hand. We will then arrange payment to them on your behalf.
   
We will then work with you, or if required, your co-signer, to arrange a way for you to make the appropriate repayment to us. You will be required to pay us back for the full rental amount missed, and you may incur late payment fees as a result. Late or missed payments may also affect your credit rating.
