What happens if a tenant defaults on their tenancy agreement?

The guarantee Housing Hand provides, covers all of our customer’s tenant liabilities, as detailed in the tenancy agreement. If a tenant defaults, send us an invoice with the details of the default. Having checked this against the guarantor deed, we will pay you within 28 days.
