      What happens if my tenant is late paying?


      If your tenant is late paying rent and we are standing as their UK Guarantor, you should email Housing Hand, detailing the default. Housing Hand will pay this within 28 days of receipt.

      We will then work with the tenant or if required, their co-signer, to arrange repayment.
