What does my co-signer have to do?

Your co-signer will need to go through our ID verification process before we can accept them.  

  • You invite them to stand as your co-signer through your application  
  • They will receive an email and an SMS with a link in it.   
  • The link will take them through a short onboarding journey where we verify their identity, collect their documents (proof of ID and proof of address, if required) and ask them to accept our terms and conditions.  

If all three of these requirements are completed and accepted, your application can progress. The co-signer section of your dashboard will update to complete, and we will let you know.
