For students:

  • Photo ID – A passport, driver’s license, or other valid form of identification.
  • Proof of study, with dates – One of the following, dated within the last year:
  • A university correspondence letter
  • A UCAS form or acceptance letter
  • A student ID

For working professionals:

  • Photo ID – A passport, driver’s license, or other valid form of identification.
  • Proof of address dated within the last 3 months
  • Proof of income – One of the following, showing you take home at least 1.5 times your rent:
  • Last 3 months’ payslips
  • Last 3 months’ bank statements
  • Proof of National Insurance number

As an international working professional, if you do not have a National Insurance Number, please upload a copy of your future permanent contract, and we will review it for you.

Other required documents:

Depending on your specific circumstances, you may be asked to provide additional documentation. If a section is available for document upload in your application, it means that document is required.

If your situation doesn’t match any of the categories above, you likely have a standard application and should follow the general guidelines. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out for assistance.
