What documents do I need?
We aim to keep the process as simple as possible, only requesting the essential documents needed to approve your application. The requirements may differ depending on whether you are a student or a working professional, so please ensure you are following the correct guidelines.
For students:

- Proof of study, with dates – One of the following, dated within the last year:
- A university correspondence letter
- A UCAS form or acceptance letter
- A student ID
For working professionals:
- Photo ID – A passport, driver’s license, or other valid form of identification.

- Proof of income – One of the following, showing you take home at least 1.5 times your rent:
- Last 3 months’ payslips
- Last 3 months’ bank statements
- Proof of National Insurance number
As an international working professional, if you do not have a National Insurance Number, please upload a copy of your future permanent contract, and we will review it for you.
Other required documents:
Depending on your specific circumstances, you may be asked to provide additional documentation. If a section is available for document upload in your application, it means that document is required.
If your situation doesn’t match any of the categories above, you likely have a standard application and should follow the general guidelines. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out for assistance.
