What accommodation details do I need to provide?


We need the following details from you in order to process your application:
   

  • Your accommodation provider: Start typing the name of your accommodation provider (for example: CRM Students) and choose them from the dropdown list. If they do not appear in the list, try typing a more specific name, such as the building name or the city too.
     

  • If your accommodation provider is not listed, please click on 'Add Accommodation Provider Manually' and fill in the details on that page instead.
       


 

  • Property Address: Start typing the address of your new home and choose from the list provided. If it doesn't show, try narrowing down your search. This list is provided by Google, so if it doesn't come up, Google potentially recognises it as something else.
        
  • Your share of the rent: This is how much you pay towards the rent in Pounds (£). Please be accurate when inputting this amount, as it will determine your fee and we will be checking this information with your accommodation provider.

    (If you give the wrong amount, it will be noticed and it will hold up your application.)

  • Paid Monthly or weekly: Please specify whether the amount you put into the 'rent' filed is to be paid monthly or weekly. Most tenants are charged monthly but not in all case, so please specify this for us, so we know how to work out your monthly rental amount.

    (This is not your weekly amount x4, so please do not make this assumption. There are more than 4 weeks in most months)

  • Tenancy start date and end date: These are the dates that are in your tenancy agreement with your accommodation provider. The start date is when you move in and the end date is when your tenancy ends (and you either need to renew or you move out). Please check these dates with your accommodation provider if you do not know them - They are VERY IMPORTANT to get right here.

  • Your phone number: Please provide your country code and phone number, for us to send you important information ONLY via SMS. It makes the whole application process so much easier to be able to contact you via phone, rather than just email.

  • PRESS SUBMIT - It is important you submit this information once you have input it - Otherwise it will not be recorded.

    If the page doesn't submit your information when you click the button, or the button doesn't appear to be clickable - Please check that you have answered all sections on the page correctly. You can't leave any sections blank and you cant try and submit your accommodation provider without choosing from the dropdown menu OR choosing to manually enter them. Also, you must choose your address from the options provided - If you do not, then the page won't submit properly and you will lose your information.
