My co-signer did not receive their email asking them to be co-signer, please can you send it again

If your co-signer hasn’t received the invite from us, you can send it again by inviting them through your application dashboard. Login and click on the co-signer section to send a new invite. Make sure that the email you provide for them is a working email address and that it is spelt correctly.

If they still aren’t getting the email, and you are sure the email is correct, please get them to check their spam folder. If there is no sign of the invite still, please get in touch with us via email and state your application number. We can be reached here: team@housinghand.co.uk
