If I have poor credit or receive benefits, can I still apply?

Yes, you can still apply. We do not carry out credit referencing checks and even accept tenants with a County Court Judgement (CCJ).

As part of our affordability criteria, we also accept a range of benefits, including Universal Credit, PIP, Child Benefit, Pension, and Pension Credit.
