Housing Hand can process your tenant’s application within one day as all parts of the process can be completed online and we have the policy to provide an immediate response so long as we receive all the required paperwork/documents.

Please note that the speed of the process is heavily dependent on the applicant completing the full online application. It is also based on the applicant making the appropriate payment and signing the contract with us. We can only move at the speed they set. On our side, if it is an urgent case, we will do everything we can to expedite the process.
