To start your application with Housing Hand, we require some basic personal details to assess your eligibility and determine any additional information needed.  

• Date of birth – You must be 18 or older for us to stand as your guarantor. Please ensure this is accurate, as we will verify your identity.  

To enter your date of birth, click on the month and year at the top of the calendar.   

• Employment status – Are you employed full-time, part-time, or currently unemployed?  

• You must earn at least 1.5 times your monthly rent to be eligible.  

• Annual income – Select the income bracket that applies to you.  

• We will validate your income when you upload your documents, so please ensure this information is accurate to avoid delays in your application.   

• Proof of address that is dated within the last 3 months.
