You can renew your Guarantor Agreement with us at any time. It shouldn't take long, as if your details haven't changed we don't need as much from you.
As soon as your application with us is completed and we stand as your Guarantor, we give you the option in the application page of your dashboard to RENEW.
This effectively means, to extend your agreement with us or to apply again if you are moving into a different property or want to change your details.
Basically, you will need a Guarantor for as long as you are renting in the UK, and our agreement to stand as your Guarantor is only for the agreed property and tenancy dates. Once the period is up, you will no longer be covered.
To renew with us, log into your dashboard and select the renew option in your application page. You will not be able to renew if you aren't up to date on your payments, so make sure you pay any owed invoices in order to refresh your dashboard and open the option to start.
You will need to pay £10 upfront to renew with us. This is a renewal fee and is used to process your application, including making all the necessary ID checks.
We will ask you to confirm whether your Tenancy details have changed and then we will have to process your application again. We will need to check whether your current co-signer is ok in staying on and then check with the accommodation provider to confirm your tenancy details, whether you are staying with the same property or not. We will also require you to set up your subscription or pay upfront.
Once we have all this information, we can complete your application and send you out a new Guarantor Agreement, for the new tenancy.
