How much does Housing Hand’s service cost?
Our pricing structure is based on rent bands, to make pricing easier.
How pricing works:
- Your price depends on your share of the monthly rent and whether you are a student or working professional.
- Find your rent band below where you’ll find pricing options for both a monthly subscription and a discounted upfront payment.
Subscription terms:
- For tenancies between 6 and 12 months, the monthly subscription lasts for 12 months. So, even if your tenancy is 8 months, you will still make 12 monthly payments to Housing Hand.
- For tenancies 6 months and under, the monthly subscription is set for 6 months.
If you applied through an affiliate link or Housing Hand partner, you may be eligible for special pricing or discounts.
