Pay £10
Pay just £10 upfront for us to stand as your UK Guarantor. You won't need to pay a penny more until you move in. The faster you pay your £10 onboarding fee, the faster we can help process your application. We will know you are keen to get going and take your application seriously!
Get approved
We approve 98% of all applicants. You just need to make sure we get all the information we ask for. We check everything internally and talk directly with your accommodation provider and chosen co-signer, so please don't give us false information as it will waste our time and yours.
Move in
Get the place you want & feel free to move in. Once your application is complete, you can move in and if you have chosen to pay us monthly, your subscription will start on your tenancy start date. Simple!
