To make a payment, follow these steps:
- Create an account and start your application.
- Provide your accommodation details. Once submitted, the payment section in your dashboard will change from grey to orange, indicating that payment can now be made.
- Go to the payment page, review and accept our terms and conditions.
You can now make payment.
Every applicant will need to pay a £20 onboarding fee so we can start to process your application. This fee is non-refundable (unless we are unable to work with your accommodation provider) and is used to carry out ID Verification checks on yourself and your co-signer.
At the same time that this fee is paid, you can either choose to set up a monthly subscription, starting on your tenancy start date, or you can choose to save money and pay us upfront.
