How do I create an account? 

You can create your account by visiting https://wellbeing.hub.healthhero.com. 

Click ‘Create a new account’ and enter your username and password, as provided by Housing Hand, followed by your email address and a preferred display name. Set your unique password and click ‘register’. You will receive an email to the address you registered - click on the link within the email to validate and complete the registration process. The account you have created is personal to you and completely confidential from your membership organisation. We only report aggregated statistics in terms of access - e.g. number of log-ins per month.
