Renting in the private sector can be a challenging time and one of the biggest financial strains for students. Whether they are international or from the UK, we are here to support students who cannot secure housing.

How we support universities and students:

Guarantor service – We offer a fully comprehensive guarantor service, ensuring students can rent without needing to pay rent upfront.
University partnerships – We partner with over 50 universities across the UK, working closely with accommodation teams, international offices, student unions, and welfare teams. We accept students from over 160 universities in the UK & Ireland
In-house guarantor services – We assist universities in setting up their own guarantor services or provide blanket cover for university-owned accommodation.
Student-focused approach – Housing Hand follows OFT and EU legislative guidelines, ensuring a student-first service that provides financial security and rent support where needed.
