Have you processed my tenant yet ?

If you log in to our website and look at your portal you will be able to see the status of your prospective tenants and whether or not we have processed the tenant. They will be listed under:

• Waiting confirmation - These are potential tenants that are waiting for you to check and confirm their tenancy details
• Confirmed Applicants - These are confirmed tenants that we are currently processing
• Your Tenants - These tenants have finished processing and are complete
• Rejected Tenants - These are applicants whose tenancy details have been rejected by yourself or by us. They will not show in this list if they enter new accommodation details, which will overwrite their rejected application details.
