Can I move my payment date?

Yes, you can request a change to your payment date by emailing us at payments@housinghand.co.uk with the exact date you’d like it moved to. Please note that we are unable to move payments into the following month. For example, if your payment is due on the 30th and you request the 1st, it will be moved to the 1st before the 30th, not after.
