Can I change my co-signer?

Yes, you can change co-signer at any point during the application process. However, once your Housing Hand application has been completed, the co-signer cannot be changed. 

You can change your co-signer online or contact Housing Hand immediately. Call us at +44(0) 207 205 2625 and we can help you through the process. 

To change your co-signer online:  

1. Login to your account dashboard  

2. Click on the pending or not accepted co-signer section (You will not be able to invite another co-signer yourself if they have already been accepted - you will need to contact us)  

3. Update all the details in the co-signer invite form and click Submit. If the form is pre-filled with your previous co-signer’s details, you may need to delete them before entering the new information. 

4. Your new co-signer will be invited by email and SMS and your old one will be removed from any further contact.
